Private charter · Malta · Gozo · Comino

One boat. One crew.
Your day on Maltese waters.

A brand-new Axopar 29 BRABUS Line, yours alone – with a skipper who knows every quiet cove, or, as a member, with you at the helm.

MPE Nautic Venture

A boutique charter, not a fleet.

We run a single boat and give it our full attention. No booking engine, no crowded decks, no fixed timetable – just a fast, elegant dayboat, a personal briefing, and a day shaped around the wind, the light and what you feel like doing.

01

With skipper

Step aboard and switch off. Your skipper plans the route around the weather and the crowds – the Blue Lagoon when the day boats have left, a lunch table in a Gozitan fishing bay, the bastions of Valletta at golden hour.

  • Local routes and anchorages away from the ferries
  • Half day, full day or sunset
  • No licence or experience needed

On the water

Twenty seconds of what a day feels like.

Open sea off the coast, a wake to surf and foil, then the engine off in a turquoise bay under white cliffs. Filmed aboard our Axopar in Malta.

Signature days with skipper

Five ways to spend the day.

Starting points, not fixed programmes. Every route is adjusted to wind, swell and your own pace.

Full day

The Quiet Lagoon

Comino · Santa Marija Caves · Crystal Lagoon · Blue Lagoon

Caves and the Crystal Lagoon in the morning, a long lunch at anchor, and the Blue Lagoon late in the afternoon – when the ferries have gone and the water is yours.

Full day

Gozo Wild Coast

Mġarr ix-Xini · Ta' Ċenċ · Xlendi · Dwejra

The fjord-like inlet of Mġarr ix-Xini, the towering Ta' Ċenċ cliffs, a swim in Xlendi and, conditions permitting, the dramatic west coast around Dwejra.

Half day

Southern Grottoes

Grand Harbour · St Peter's Pool · Marsaxlokk · Blue Grotto

Out past the fortifications and down the limestone south coast: natural rock pools, the painted luzzu boats of Marsaxlokk and the sea caves of the Blue Grotto.

Half day

North Shore & Popeye Bay

St Paul's Islands · Mellieħa · Paradise Bay · Anchor Bay

An easy-going run along the north: island swims, sandy bays and the colourful film-set village of Anchor Bay seen from the water.

Sunset · approx. 2 hours

Bastions at Golden Hour

Marsamxett · Valletta · Fort St Angelo · The Three Cities

A slow cruise beneath five centuries of honey-coloured stone as the light turns. Bring a bottle – we'll bring the glasses and the view.

Prices on request – every charter is quoted individually and transparently, depending on date, duration and route. Water toys, catering and special occasions on request.

At the helm

Personal, from first message to last line ashore.

You will not talk to a call centre. The person who answers your message is the person who prepares the boat, welcomes you on the pontoon and – if you wish – takes you out.

FAQ

Good to know.

Is the charter private?

Always. The boat is booked exclusively for you and your guests – we never mix groups.

What happens in bad weather?

Safety and comfort come first. If conditions are unsuitable we propose an alternative route on the sheltered side of the islands or a new date. Details are agreed with your booking.

Can I drive the boat myself?

Yes – exclusively as a member. Self-drive is offered only within our private membership for experienced skippers. It requires a valid boating licence, proven experience with boats of this size and power, and a personal induction. Membership fee and conditions are available on request.

What is the best season?

The season runs from late spring into autumn. June and September combine warm water with calmer anchorages; weekdays are quieter than weekends.

What does a charter cost?

Every charter – and the membership – is quoted individually. Tell us your date, group size and the kind of day you have in mind – you will receive a clear, all-in offer with no hidden extras.
